This page explains about our accommodation facility, "Koguchi Shizen no Ie".

First of all, our accommodation requires reservations. 
That is, as a general rule, you can be sure that you will not be able to stay at our inn without a reservation. 

On the other hand, our accommodation's campsite does not require reservations and you can check in directly at our reception desk. 

How to make a reservation, 

We are affiliated with the travel agency "Kumano Travel", so you can make reservations through the Kumano Travel website. 
NOTE! Please make your reservation at least 20 days before your desired date.

Your booking will be managed by Kumano Travel so please direct all your enquiries to them. 

In the spring and fall of every year, it will be difficult for you to make a reservation because our accommodations are overbooked.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you make your reservation early.

If our accommodation is fully booked,

we cannot recommend other accommodations for you, so please refer to the following link.

If for some reason you are unable to make a reservation through Kumano Travel,

to avoid miscommunication, we do not accept reservations over the phone, all enquiries to us will be made via email.
